Planning guide
How to prepare your vehicle for detailing
A few minutes before the visit helps the detailer spend time on the work that matters.
Clear out your things
Take out loose items, papers, chargers and anything valuable. Empty the trunk and door pockets. A clear cabin lets the detailer reach every surface.
Point out problem spots
Show the detailer stains, smells, scratches or areas you care about most. If a child seat should stay in place, say so. Clear notes help set the right expectations.
Plan the time and place
Ask how long the package takes and whether the detailer needs water or power at your location. Leave room in your day so the job is not rushed.
